Dollars and Sense-Essex

A focus on the Future Information seminar for families supporting and planning with their family member who has a disability. Topics include Disablility Tax Credit, Child Disability Benefits and RDSPs. Register by calling the WIndsor-Essex Family Network by Nov. 20 at 519-974-1008 or email: Windsor-Essex Family Network. ASI Awarded Top Prize at the 2009 CHARITY CHALLENGE FUN RUN!
On September 20th, 24 runners/walkers raced on behalf of ASI and raised a total of $4,468 in pledges. This was the most of all 12 Charities participating in the Fun Run. As a result, ASI was awarded the $2,000 first prize. We were also the recipients of two corporate sponsorships: $250 from TD Asset Management Inc. and $150 from Dynamic Funds. A total of $6,868 was raised and will go towards ASI's Summer Program.

A big thank you to all who ran, walked, pledged, or cheered for this event. A special thank you to Bill Bryant of National Bank Financial and Gary Belanger of the Running Factory for organizing this wonderful event and giving us the opportunity to participate.
